Shirley and I met under unusual circumstances and immediately connected it seems we knew one another for more than the decade that we actually did. Shirley was one of the most kind sweetest people I have ever encountered in the secular realm I know the angels in Heaven welcomed her with open arms though she is sorely missed here on this earth I will always treasure the times we share the laughs together she was a great friend . My deepest condolences extended to Latisha, Shawn , Leah and Karlton its tough right now but may you find comfort in knowing earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal Lovingly Submitted , Yours Truly

I worked with Shirley when I managed the Harbor View office of BCDSS. Shirley was dedicated and hard-working. She was pleasant to all of the customers and staff alike. I really enjoyed working with her. I pray that her family and friends will find comfort in knowing that her work down here was done, and God made way for her eternal rest. Praise God for the life and light of Shirley. ????????????
