In my teen years I was priviledged to know Peggy, as she was my book-keeping instructor. I recall her elegance, strict moral code and professionalism.
She was, in a word, quite a lady.
To her family: please accept condolences and prayers ( past students Hyacinth Minott-Neysmith and Clarissa Simpson-Clemitson join me in this humble offer)
