Heartfelt sympathy to LaDawn & Family:

Your mom was a blessing. She was my mom’s beautician when she lived at Brookdale Senior Living in Pikesville. After my mom moved, Elsie continued to do her hair at her new residence.
She always kept my mom’s hair looking nice which was one less thing we had to be concerned about. My mom looked forward to her visits and having great conversations with her. Elsie will truly be missed.

I am heart broken to hear of the passing of my good good friend Elsie. We go back a many a year down at Flair Hair and at Brighton Gardens in Pikesville before it became Brookdale Senior Living. I was the one who talked Elsie into taking job there and the residences loved her.
