  1. May you Rest in Peace

  2. Machelle was a caring and kind co-worker. I enjoyed the time I spent with her during training sessions. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with her in person and share. Machelle was a very special lady who was a great joy to many. She will be greatly missed within the Fort Meade Community.

  3. This world has lost a great lady.Shelly lived as the giver that she was.God, himself placed his spirit within her and she received him well.she sang to His glory with the voice that he gave her and he has received her well. to the Caesar family I pray God’s blessing be upon you as it was with Shelly. I pray that you receive her legacy and move and act in the will of God as she did. each one teach one. my prayer is that you will receive the Christ for yourself for one day we will see him and we shall see Shelly again. Be blessed family.

Please know that I just met your loved one and my Pastor’s neice/daughter on a cruise about 8 weeks ago and OH WHAT FUN!!! your, MOM, Grandmother, Sister had. It was like I met an “old Friend”. We laughed so hard, we just had LOT OF FUN!! I watched her choose gifts for each of you when we docked at the ports. It was as if she was on a mission. It took my attention the efforts and special time she gave to each individual item. Enjoy your gifts and thanks for sharing her. I couldn’t wait to see her again. Also, my daughter met her before I did and she has fond memories as well. I asked Pastor Caesar just a few days before she passed about her. Oh and She sang the song, “I Won’t Complain” for her Aunt Shirley to hear. A beautiful soft voice!! Such a Beautiful Spirit Young Lady. I am sooo glad I met her and enjoyed 11 wonderful days with her and her kindness will not be forgotten. Family carry on what she has left in each of you and prayers are with you today and this season of your life. BE BLESSED. Wynita Taylor, Mt. Calvary Word of Faith, Raleigh, NC.
