Roger was a great guy who stuck in there, going after the government even after a stroke left him with poor vision, physical disability, and some memory problems. It was always an adventure to chase down some records for him to meet deadlines for his lawsuit. Minnesota Won’t Forget POW/MIA never would have obtained the release of NSA records through the Freedom of Information Act were it not for a tip from Roger. I will pray for him, and I am sure he will be praying for us.
