Lepoland Scott Broger, born in Darling, Mississippi on August 15, 1947. Mr. Broger went on to be with the Lord on January 1, 2013. He is survived by his beloved wife Deborah Broger of Baltimore, MD; son Curtis; daughter Princess M. Latham of Virginia Beach, VA; and son-in-law. He was also a grandfather; great-grandfather and friend to many. He was greatly loved and will be missed by all. “LO
