To Angela’s Family and Friends:It is with a heavy heart that I send words of sympathy for your loss. Angela was a Business Administration major at Baltimore City Community College in the Quest program for African American men and women who wanted to complete their Associate of Arts degree in one year. Angela was enrolled in both of my Economics courses and I served as her advisor. She was an excellent student preparing to take the next step and pursue her Bachelor’s degree. She always had a smile. When she walked in the room everyone and everything was brighter. In the past few months, I thought a lot about her, and then I heard she was gone. I will remember her often as I am sure you will. Remember her smile and she will get you through the rest of your days.
